We can exceptionally send your orders abroad, for a supplement, for an expedition by DHL, studied according to articles of your orders and the Country addressee.
For that purpose, the shipping abroad can be made, respecting the following conditions:
- YOU need to communicate us by e-mail (carine@mydesign.com), in "HIGH PRIORITY", your order reference concerned by the shipping abroad
- YOU need to indicate the exact and complete address, of delivery, with a phone number, to facilitate the delivery
To note that if the delivery address indicated on your order, via our web site is not correctly indicated (address abroad with country "France") and if you do not warn to us of a correct delivery address for the foreign country, within the deadline asked (2 working days after passage of your order), your order can be treated correctly and all the engendered additional costs will be at your expense
- In reception of this e-mail, within 2 working days maximum, we shall send you in answer to your e-mail, the amount of the supplement, for a delivery by Chronopost International, to settle by Transfer or via Paypal
- In reception of the validation of the complement to your payment, and after validation of the visuals of your order, we shall handle your order.
